$20 Canning workshop at the Abundance Foundation in Pittsboro

Join Ali and Ben of This & That Jam (http://thisandthatjam.com/) from Durham, NC as they take you through the process of canning. Participants will learn about canning and make a traditional Eastern European Beet Jam (Eingemacht) to take home. This workshop hopes to inspire you to create your own culinary creations, to spread on a biscuit, pair with a bowl of cheese grits, on top of scallion pancakes, create a salad dressing, or layer into your sandwich.
