Thoroughly enjoyed Olalah's astute presentation today on personal branding and how one must "brand by design and not by default". Lots of home work to do tonight!

How do you stand out from others in your executive search and brand planning? We found out a lot of real, gut level insight from Olalah today. Many great Olalaisms today!

When you are in a work search perception is reality. Most of us do not think about how we are exceptional and we should.

You must brand by design especially when you are in a work search. Your personal brand is being communicated whether you open your mouth or not. Work search can make you bitter and hard. Don't let it harden you because it can morph and become a part of your personality.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
