Linked In Secrets from a Recruiter's Point of View (Part 2)

After five years at Deloitte, Kelaca Founder & CEO Keith Langbo took on a leadership role at OtterBase, a Michigan-based staffing and recruiting firm. In 2005 he became President at OtterBase, and, while there, drove the company’s growth from a one-office firm to one of Inc.'s 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, and one of Michigan's Top 50 Companies to Watch with 6 regional offices serving clients in 40 states.

When Keith decided to open Kelaca in May 2012, he identified the Triangle as an ideal market for connecting talent and business, and has quickly become an active member of the local ecosystem. Customers and co-workers consistently cite Keith's passion for people and his commitment to helping others achieve success as defining characteristics that make him a natural recruiter and leader.

Kelaca is a full-service Professional Recruiting firm, supporting their clients by identifying the top talent for their teams based on skill-set requirements and most importantly culture fits aligned to their client’s vision, values, goals and objectives.

This was another excellent search seminar that taught us many of the ideas, attitudes and focuses directly from a top industry recruiter on the very latest on LinkedIn including:
    1. Profile Tweaks and Ideas
    2. Boolean Linked In Searching
    3. Group Refinements and Connections
    4. Branding and Brand Building

Thank you Jennifer Chin and Keith Langbo from Kelaca!

Mike, there are some great meet ups in the area and occasionally we will do ours at no cost so keep an eye out. This meeting generates a lot of quality information but it is not for everyone. I would encourage you to explore Step-Up, Colonial, White Memorial, Crossroads Fellowship, TAFU and the many other excellent FREE events in the area. Because it is executive in nature we ask that our members pay for the meeting to cover some fixed costs and to donate to causes the organization supports. Best to you in your search. There is something out there for you!
