North Carolina Skate Marathon

The North Carolina Skate Marathon, 5k Sprint, and Derby Challenge will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Greensboro Country Park in Greensboro, North Carolina. The event will take place rain or shine (so bring your rain wheels just in case)!

This skating event is targeted to every skill level — inlines and quads, ages 9 to 99. The race will take place on a safe, traffic-free, 1.6 mile paved loop around Country Park with a challenging downhill at the beginning and, likewise, an uphill finish.

We have a variety of distances to choose from, and we will be hosting a derby challenge for all of our quad-racing roller derby boys and gals. Check out the website -- www.ncskatemarathon.com -- for more details.
