Triangle JavaScript Monthly Meetup - 4.2011

Join us this month for a look at Scott González's new project, Amplify.js. We will be meeting a iContact at 7 PM on 4/26.

About Amplify:
Amplify is a set of components designed to solve common web application problems with a simplistic API. In this talk we'll dig into two of Amplify's components to see how Amplify simplifies all forms of data handling by providing a unified API for various data sources. Amplify's store component handles persistent client-side storage, using standards like localStorage and sessionStorage, but falling back on non-standard implementations for older browsers. Amplify's request component adds some additional features to jQuery's ajax method while abstracting away the underlying data source.
