On May 24th, a delegation of four members from Overseas Chinese Affairs Of���ce of the State Council, Ministry of Science and Technology , Academy of Macroeconomic Research at Department of Project Planning and Management and National Development and Reform Commission of People Republic of China will be giving a talk at NC State University, titled "Chinese Delegation: Policies and Advisories on Start-Ups in China".
