January Dinner Get-together

Happy New Year TDRC Members! We are getting the year off to a great start with our first dinner meeting. Bull City Burgers is a new restaurant in Durham specializing in local food and beer! They brew their own beer in house, make their own buns for their burgers, and use NC sourced beef. They also use vegetables harvested as close to their location as they can. How is this design oriented? Much of their furnishings are recycled and reused pieces and they are into green technologies (LED lighting, water recovering in their brewing process, etc.).
