Thursday Night Community Walk and Talk!

Movin' & Groovin' with the Spring Forest Road Walking Club is a 7-week event sponsored by Wake County & City of Raleigh. For 7 consecutive Thursday nights, the community is invited to come out and walk, participate in mini-education sessions, and enjoy music, prizes and more.
