Nurses don't have to eat their own. The goal is to create a social group for nurses from diverse backgrounds that have at least one thing in common - a positive attitude. The activities will be socially, rather than professionally based with the ultimate focus being upon having fun. Advise, support and mentoring will be possible side-effects from the relationships that will develop.
