Tuesdays: 6:15 a.m. Boot Camp, 6 p.m. Basic Training, 7:05 p.m. Boot Camp
Wednesdays: 6:30 p.m. Yoga Level 1/2
Thursdays: 6:15 a.m. Boot Camp, 6 p.m. Basic Training, 7 p.m. Boot Camp
Saturdays: 8 a.m. Boot Camp, 9:15 a.m. Basic Training
