Weekend triathlon/duathlon training at John U Lloyd park in Dania.
This group is intended for people who want to train together for a duathlon or triathlon (Sprint duathlon distances: 1 mile run, 10 mile biking, 3 miles run; sprint triathlon distances: 1/4 mile swim, 10 miles biking, 3 miles run).
The group is not guided by a professional coach. We just get together swim, run, bike and hopefully have fun.
We usually train on Sunday mornings at John U Lloyd park in Dania. We welcome those who are training for their first Tri or Du. The more the merrier! Just RSVP, show up and check it out.

If it's Tuesday, it's Boca Deca Baby!
The Boca Deca is a 10 (deca) mile run in Boca Raton. There is also a 6 mile option. We'll meet every Tuesday at my house at 6:50 pm for a slow-paced jog/run. Total distance is exactly 9.6 miles or you can take the 6 mile option. By reviewing the route, you'll see that around the 5.5 mile point we come very close to our start location where you can return to your car if you choose. Read more
