I will be in the parking lot of Wal-Mart, (1650 West Valencia Tucson, AZ 85746) the south east side from around 7 to 7:15 am. If anyone wants to join in, great, a car pool would be a good idea. Ruby is a "working ghost town" There is a caretaker (to take the money) and tell a little about Ruby, but no food, drink or inside bathrooms!!! The phone number for infor on Ruby is 520-744-4471
Notes: Cost $12 per person
The road: The last 8 or so miles are possible to drive in 2 WD with careful driving, I have done it a few times in a little Honda, but it will be very slow, and if dirt roads in bad shape bother you, do not go, if you have a nice car, do not take it. Dress for hot, outside summer, dirt. Bring water to drink, a lot of it.
You will need to bring: Water, food, and Toilet Paper, and maybe even a camera.
After the shooting, I like to stop at a nice palace next to I-19 and Arivaca Rd for a cool relaxing meal. (http://www.cowpalacer... (http://www.cowpalacerestaurant.com))
Note about Wal-mart, if you are going to leave your car there and carpool with someone, do not have any item of value left in the car. In fact, if it is a nice car, do not leave it there.
