Coffee Night

After the long winter break our cooking classes will resume on Jan28th. In the meantime TAWA will organize a coffee night on January 25th at 7 pm.

The topic of this month is "Manti: Turkish Ravioli". Manti is a delicous but laborsome dish to make. We have not made Manti (like this one below) in the Cooking Class yet. So this is a wonderful opportunity if you would like to learn about making Turkish Ravioli!

The evening will start with a short presentation about manti and then the demonstration will take place. We will make it and cook it all together and enjoy it afterwards. You and your friends are welcome to join us and taste various dishes from delicious Turkish cuisine along with Manti.
