Here is a list of qualities that we are looking for in assistants:
โข Punctuality
โข Have follow through - show up when they say they will show up and in good condition to participate
โข Polite - understand common courtesy and manners. Customer service experience is a plus
โข Have a curiosity about and desire to learn about sxx-positive events and facilitation
โข Knows their own boundaries - able to say no
โข Openminded - able to be in spaces with people who may hold differing desires, viewpoints, and kinks without projecting shame or judgment
โข Personal growth experience - able to see where their own attitudes or behaviors are holding them back rather than projecting and/or blaming others for their problems
โข Able to work sober
โข Able to be in erot!c environments soberDuring this orientation, we will cover the different volunteer positions available at the upcoming events and go over the venue and the rules in the space. This will also be a great opportunity for you to have any questions answered and meet others who have assisted at events.

We will kick off the night with an opening circle where we can introduce ourselves and make agreements about communication and consent and co-creating an intensely erot!c atmosphere.
This is a great event for experienced tantra practitioners, sw!ngers, k!nksters, and newbies alike as all levels of interaction are welcome - verbal, energetic, sensu@l, k!nky, and sxxual. Voyeur!sm and exhibition!sm are welcome. You can come by yourself or with a partner. You can play by yourself, with a partner, with a group, or not at all. There is a lot to gain from simply being in an erot!c space.

A snugglefest is a safe space to engage in non-sxxual touch while practicing open communication and maintaining personal boundaries. It is a place to learn and practice communicating around touch and asking for what we want, being vulnerable with our wants and needs, honoring our own emotions, experiences, and boundaries, and respecting those of others. It is also a place we can develop a new way of seeing rejection as an honoring of someone elseโs desires and boundaries. You can come to the snugglefest to meet new people, to have a great conversation, or just to cuddle!Some skills you may learn or practice at the snugglefest:
