Life is a checkerboard. Your opponent is time. You may win if you keep moving. If you hesitate you’ll be wiped off the board.

It is a fact that no great leader was known to procrastinate. Procrastination robs you of opportunity. Ambition drives you into action. Delay means defeat. You will never make up lost time. You may be shocked if you kept track of the time you waste in a single day.

Indecision drives the average man into a corner where they can’t move. Indecision is the common weakness of the majority of people. The person that does not have the courage to say either yes or no will say, “I will think it over.”

The person of decision gets what they want, no matter how long it takes or how difficult the task.

If you are one of those who makes their mind today and change them again tomorrow you are doomed to failure. Not sure which way to go? You are better off closing your eyes and moving in the dark than not making a move at all. You cannot always make the right moves, but making enough moves will allow you to take advantage of the law of averages.
