Watching Sci Fi/Fantasy TV Series

Let's get together and start watching a Sci Fi/Fantasy TV Series.

This is an intro to a recurring event for the entire series, we just need a day of a the week that works for most people, to watch 2-3 episodes, and a series to watch.

My hopes are a weekday, Monday-Thursday, and a series that is on Netflix or Amazon Prime. The current top choices for series being Farscape, BSG, Stargate (SG1 and/or Atlantis), or watching all of Star Trek in Star Trek universe chronological order.
