Eat for Equity - to benefit The Land Stewardship Project

FYI event. Eat for Equity organizes monthly benefit dinners with a participatory, community-driven approach to giving. This simple idea of making themed meals, tied to a cause, has raised tens of thousands of dollars for local and international nonprofit causes, and has engaged thousands of individuals across the country. Eat for Equity has established communities in Minneapolis, Boston and Portland.

From their website:
Minneapolis – it’s at the center of the country, and the center of the broader Eat for Equity movement. For four years and counting, Eat for Equity Minneapolis has thrown monthly feasts for a cause – nominated by guests of E4E. With each dinner, we cram more people into homes, serve bigger pots of food, and raise more money for causes like Wellshare International, White Earth Land Recovery Project, and Appetite for Change. Our meals are made from scratch with local and organic ingredients, built on our strong connections with local food and farmers. We empower guests to engage and share their skills as organizers, artists, chefs [and dishwashers]. More than 100 people each month – and thousands of individuals over the years – help build Eat for Equity Minneapolis’ creative, vibrant giving community.
Be part of our community.
