Vikings vs. St. Louis - Season Opener

On Sunday, September 7th the Minnesota Vikings will kick off their 2014 season. I must admit I've not been that into the Vikings the last few years and I can't say they've given us much reason to get excited. But this year they have a new coach, potentially a new quarterback, and a lot of talent on the team. I have a feeling this will be the year for the lost Vikings fans to come home. Consequently we will be hosting a Vikings party at our house to watch the game.

Kickoff is at noon so we will start our event at 11:30. I'll cook up some burgers and hot dogs for lunch. Bring whatever you want to drink and any munchies for the game you like. We have nice comfy seating for 8 people and could easily add in a few more chairs, so we'll limit the event to around 12 people for now. And then we'll watch the Vikings start their march to the playoffs.

We'll do this every week in September, and then depending on how it goes, we may do it all season.
