Thursday Sunset Yoga at Lake Calhoun

Thursday evening yoga will continue through June and July at Lake Calhoun (weather permitting). Every week, we will meet on the southwest side of Lake Calhoun within sight of the sand volleyball courts. Class time will be from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. Please read the following bullet points regarding class:

• This is an All-Levels Vinyasa class. Please notify the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions which could adversely affect you during yoga class

• There is no obligation to attend class, however I will take voluntary donations to help cover costs associated with this Meetup group. Place all donations in the jar I will place at the front of class. Your support is greatly appreciated!

• Class will begin promptly at 7:30 PM Attempt to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early to ensure any last minute logistical issues keep you from being late. If you unable to make class on time, please plan on attending the next yoga session. Please understand it is disruptive to other yoga students when there are late arrivers.

• Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. If you do not have a yoga mat, there will be a limited amount available for use. Your best bet is to comment ahead of class if you need a mat.

• There is plenty of street parking in the area free of charge

• Please keep you RSVPs up to date. This gives me an idea how many people will show up so I can plan for logistics on my end

This class will be taught by Andrew Craddock, the founder of the Twin Cities Yoga Cooperative. Andrew's vision is not only provide affordable yoga, but to be able to give people the opportunity to connect with others and build a sense of community. Andrew is a 2013 graduate of CorePower Yoga's Power Yoga Teacher Training & Extension Programs.
