Welcome Liberty Lovers !

The purposes of the Twin Falls Campaign for Liberty/Build a Better World Meetup is to facilitate grassroots organizing for liberty-minded candidates and legislation and to network locally for independent living. We believe that the law of the land, the US Constitution, provides the guidance for liberty-lovers to retrieve their nation from the grip of tyranny. We have not given up on political process. We need continuity and a long-term, multi-pronged strategy. Panic and over-zealous rhetoric don't serve us. We need to keep our "eyes on the prize" -- a free and peaceful country (and perhaps a free and peaceful world).

Much damage has already been done to the fabric of society, the economy, and the reputation of the nation. The US is the biggest debtor nation in the history of the world and the US dollar has been debased by the New York Federal Reserve and vast Congressional spending programs. US interference in the affairs of other nations is about to end due to US bankruptcy. Sharing information and developing skills for coping with the ensuing planned depression and rough times are part of this Meetup's purpose. We are on the brink of the age of personal responsibility in which governments will collapse and we will relearn how to muddle through personally and as communities. We believe a better world is likely to emerge from all this -- not the 1984/Brave New World -- technocratic dictatorship envisioned by those who yet hold great power.

Politically, the meetup provides you with the networking and organizational tools to become actively involved in Congressman Ron Paul's "Campaign for Liberty" (http://www.campaignforliberty.org) in your local area. All lovers of liberty are welcome to join. We believe in respect for individual freedoms, fiscal responsibility and in staying out of the business of other nations. Government should be very, very small.
