At this event we'll be featuring tech talks from engineers across the Twitter Platform Services organization. Join us for an evening of technology, talks and beers with the Twitter NYC team! Please see below for a breakdown of the talks and speakers.

Yuri Schimke (@yschimke (https://twitter.com/yschimke)) and Jonathan Simms (@slyphon (https://twitter.com/slyphon)) will be taking a look a the Geo space on Twitter, and how the next generation of location based features are being built in the Twitter NYC office.

Wilhelm Bierbaum (@wil (https://twitter.com/wil)) will be discussing engineering for internet scale at Twitter and will go over practical concerns and the infrastructure necessary to operate systems designed to serve many users.

Jeremy Gordon (@JeremySF (https://twitter.com/JeremySF)) will be talking about building Platforms @ Twitter and the internals of Twitter cards.
