I'd love for this group to meet so we can all offer each other weight loss support, accountability, recipes & dining out ideas and workout partnering. Why do it alone? We can share what's working for us and what's not.



About my situation: 13 years ago, I had my fourth surgery and have not gotten back to where I was before. Then I followed that with 2 knee surgeries...enough said! I dont like diet programs. I've tried WW (had luck but gained it back), Jenny (quit after the first week-horrific), Nutrisystem (NOT) and others. The be all and end all is CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. I always stayed in shape through dance and I believe that will be part of the routine!
