This is designed for all levels who want to do a half marathon, and those who want to continue to do a full marathon. It is a far more efficient, and yes, an easier way to train, and more fun too.

Our training program is centered on scientific principles that are designed to put you in optimal condition for a fast and efficient race experience.

Phase one of our training program is known as the Aerobic training phase and will begin with low heart rate, easy runs, for all levels. Phase one is designed to help you develop more capillary veins, arteries and mitochondria so that you become a more efficient runner. After building to a peak at easy, low heart rate/aerobic workouts, where you can talk fluidly, without pauses for breathing, we cut back and begin phase two of our training program which is known as the Building training phase. At phase two we begin to train at race pace.

Without the early, easy, low heart rate runs of phase one, you will never be efficient enough to adequately train at race pace or higher. Our training program is designed to build you UP not beat you up. We have tested these training principles over the last three years. 90% of those who have trained with us experienced a PR (personal record).

Your organizer will refund you if:

  • We offer no refund policy, but come talk with us, if you have a serious problem. If unsure about joining our group, come workout and check us out.
Membership dues

$55.00 Half Marathon training

This covers: Increasing workouts with water, some food after, lectures & coaching & shirt.

Payment is accepted using:

  • Cash or check - “Check out our website, or sign-up at the workout. $55 for the Half Marathon or $90 for both, including the full Marathon training. Race fees are extra.
