Hands on experience with the Design Studio Methodology

Hi everyone and welcome back for another year full of UX goodness!

I hope everyone finished off 2013 on a high note ready to get back into it for 2014.

We're going to get our year rolling with a hands on talk. I'll be giving a presentation on the Design Studio Methodology, but I'll also have a practical exercise for us to put our new found knowledge to the test.

Don't know about you guys, but I learn better by 'doing' than 'listening' so hopefully this will help you better grasp the idea.

The Design Studio Methodology is a great problem solving tool. It's main purpose is to:

• Collect a wide range of ideas.

• Produce designs/wireframes quickly

• And most importantly, get stakeholders all on the same page.

You only need to bring your brain and drawing hand. I'll supply the rest.
