Whether or not you are a member of UXPA, thinking of becoming one, or not, you are very much welcome to join! We aim to supplement the current meet-ups and various UX groups in Chicago by focusing on user research, information architecture, team building, and strategy.
We are always up to hearing suggestions for topics to cover, meeting folks who'd like to present, and finding places to host our events.

The User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) is an international association devoted to assisting new and established professionals in the user experience disciplines. Through networking, publications, conferences, and classes, UXPA can help hone your skills and deepen your involvement in the UX community.
Our members are employed in a wide variety of disciplines, including product and service strategy, design, research, content, and development. We are colleagues pursuing a common goal: better products and services, better working, and better living through usability.
