Some people tell you that happiness is rare, fleeting, or impossible.
They tell you stress, anger, and pain are unavoidable and even good for you.
Stress makes you age more quickly and can give you a heart attack; anger plants debilitating energy blocks in your body; and “no pain, no gain” is just plain silly.
When you’re happy, you feel good. It’s that simple. Unpleasant emotions are indicators of limiting beliefs you can whisk away like the drape that covers your sparkle. You just have to know how.
