Boot up!

Let's have our first meetup flesh out the structure of a regular monthly meetup. I have some ideas on this that I borrowed from the Utah Software Craftsman meetup. Things we should decide:

• When should the monthly meetup occur? We should avoid the regular occurrences other programming meetups in Utah
• What format should the regular meetup have? I like a mixture of some sort of presentation/discussion followed by some kind of programming activity.
• Where should the regular meetup take place? I know folks in Salt Lake County, Davis County and Utah County are all interested in C++. I am leaving the date and location of this bootup meetup open until we have enough members to warrant scheduling a specific time and place.

Please bring a laptop to be prepared to code in C++11!
