Group Exercism.io in C++

In November we did a group programming exercise randori (http://stefanhendriks.wordpress.com/2012/09/20/a-randori-with-corey-haines/) style and that worked pretty well.

Let's get together in January to work through the C++ language track at exercism.io (http://exercism.io/) as a group to practice use of the standard library and C++11!

Richard Thomson will facilitate the randori.
