How To Recruit Engineers To Your Startup (Part 1)

Join the founders of JumpSearch Recruiting, Michelle Kuo and Eric Sullano, as they address arguably the most difficult challenge an entrepreneur faces.

When all you have is an idea, it's not easy to convince others to join your venture. Even when you have traction, recruiting talent -- especially developers -- is hard because they're flooded with options and you're still a big risk.

Entrepreneurs, startup executives, and investors need to educate themselves if they're going to navigate this challenge and bring their dream to fruition.

The first session is focused on the basics of technical recruiting. It includes topics such as Utah market trends, working with agencies, talent pipelines, and other tools or techniques for finding candidates.

Subsequent sessions will explore talent profiling, generating demand, sourcing candidates, the interview process, and closing offers.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
