New Winter/Spring Vietnamese classes

We are starting our 20-week winter/spring semester of the adult Vietnamese group language classes for beginners on Tuesday, January 14th through June17th from 7:15-9:15PM at 50 Broadway, 25th fl. Class is limited to 10 students. Please register by January 6th, we need a minimum of 5 students to run the class.

Tuition: $425 plus registration fee ($10) and $30 for the book--> total: $465.00 Without book: $435.00

If you already have the book, you may use it for class.

Subways: 4/5 and 2/3 trains to Wall Street; 1 to Rector Place; A/C trains to Fulton Street

When learning a new language, we recommend that students practice more than once a week. In addition to the group class, we have private tutors available outside of class. We also plan to have monthly events for our members where everyone would have the opportunity to practice Vietnamese.

Attendance and make-up classes: we encourage that students attend most classes, since we only meet once a week. We will plan for a couple of make-up classes on Saturdays depending on students' schedule.

Refunds: no refunds. VLACC is a nonprofit organization (fiscally-sponsored) and we do our best effort in keeping our tuition low. By offering these pay-for-tuition classes, we are able to run events and free ESL classes for all immigrants. VLACC is run by volunteers. In turn, your contribution to Vietnamese classes is supporting our community and the underserved population.
