Vaadin & GWT Meetup in San Francisco

Along with JavaOne 2012, we will have a Vaadin & GWT Meetup in San Francisco on October 2, 2012. This is a good opportunity to meet with other users of Vaadin and GWT as well as discuss about the status and future of these leading technologies for building Web apps in Java.

Meetup will be informal, but we'll have some lightweight presentations to get the discussion started. Expect this to be more like demo or QA than presentation. No bulletpoints guarantee :)

5:35 - Vaadin 7 application architecture - Joonas Lehtinen / Vaadin

The event starts at 5:00 PM and ends 8:00 PM. Meetup is held at Hotel Serrano, 405 Taylor Street. It's just around the corner, 150 feet away from the heart of JavaOne 2012, so you can easily just walk in if you are attending to JavaOne. Event is free of charge.

After the meetup we'll move to Jasper's Corner Tap & Kitchen which is adjacent to Serrano Hotel. They claim to have amazing drinks and great variety of beer. We'll be happy to offer you a drink and continue discussion in a more relaxed environment.
