Hi Everyone!  We are glad you are part of our group and hope that we can continue to grow not only in events but membership.  We are asking for donations to help keep the group running.  We have tried requesting dues, $5 - $5.50, per year, which we felt was reasonable.  That breaks down to $.46 cents a month.  For those of you have paid that and, in some cases more, a big Thanks!

Donations/dues are used for the following:

Meetup Website - $72 for 6 months/$45 for 3 months/$20 a month.  Best arrangement is to pay 6 months a a time.

House/Holiday Parties (cost varies depending on how many rsvp) - main dishes(turkey or ham maybe both)/paper products (plates, cups, utensils)/decorations/beverages (non-alcoholic)

Marketing/Advertising - we are trying to solicit sponsers which hopefully will result in perks for the group

Anyone is welcome to attend a board meeting for a complete breakdown of how the money is used and we appreciate any and all suggestions.

Donations/Dues can be paid through PayPal on the website or feel free to donate directly to an Organizer.
