URBAN ALE TRAIL

Details
This self-guided tour connects beer lovers to an assortment of greater Downtown restaurants and watering holes, known for their amazing craft beers on tap.
This walkable beer tasting tour runs along the light rail corridor from Downtown Phoenix to uptown, allowing participants to explore amazing craft beers and great local cuisine throughout our growing central city.
The second annual event, hosted by Downtown Phoenix Inc. (http://dtphx.org/about/downtown-phoenix-inc/), is a self-guided beer tour of local bars and restaurants, as well as a toast to the growing craft beer culture.
Participating locations will offer three 4-ounce samples of beer for $1 or $2, paired with a delicious and complimentary bar snack. Plus, each destination is just a quick walk, bike ride or light rail stop away, so you can easily — and safely — navigate between tastings.
But before you begin your trek, you’ll want to stop by District American Kitchen and Wine Bar (http://www.districtrestaurant.com/), where the first 300 people will be handed a free 2015 Urban Ale Trail growler.
Check out A list and map of participating locations (http://dtphx.org/aletrail/)... Block out the day for beer drinking!
