Bring your whole family and enjoy over 50 local vendors, music, arts & crafts, yummy snacks, bounce houses, face painter, balloon twister and MORE!!!! There is plenty of parking and the location is conveniently located right off the 101 AND the 202 freeways!

Big Surf will be open for business and you can get in for HALF PRICE if you bring 5 cans of food with you!!!!!

We are currently looking for exhibitors! This will be a first come first serve system with only one vendor per company name. There may be multiple vendors per industry (jewelry, real estate, candles, dentists, etc.) but only one per specific company.

Exhibitors will receive:

• 11' wide space to exhibit, sell, promote their business
• Direct contact with hundreds of Arizona families
• Promotion on flyers, emails, all social media
• Cost of space is only $40 ($50 if you want to put something in our "swag bags" for the first 100 visitors!

If you'd like to simply put something in a "swag bag" for the first 100 visitors but not set up as a vendor the cost is $25! Contact myvalleyconnection@gmail.com to do this.

All tents, tables, and chairs must be provided by vendor. Set up will begin 7:00am with a mandatory "ready" time of 8:45. All exhibitors will be expected to promote and share the event to help create excitement and get the biggest crowd possible! We all have to work as a team to create the most successful event that we can!
