Barbara Daoust is a Spiritual Counselor, Transformation Coach, Speaker, Author and Artist.

She teaches workshops and coaches clients on how to use universal laws to embrace change and transform their lives. She empowers people to step into their true value and align with their true self.

Barbara has an MFA in Theatre Directing from UCLA. She spent most of her career in Theatre Arts, Film, and Television as a director, acting coach, writer, and producer. She founded two theatre companies and coached celebrity actors for film, video, and television until the tragic loss of her husband two months before her twenty-fifth wedding anniversary.

Personal Journey
Facing depression for the first time in her life, not knowing which direction to take, what decisions to make, or how to survive her grief, she was guided to opportunities and experiences that helped her to rebuild her life and make a transition in her career. She attended the Spiritual Psychology Master’s Program at the University of Santa Monica and became a certified Law of Attraction Coach with Christy Whitman’s Quantum Success Coaching Academy.

True Love, True Self
Barbara’s forthcoming book True Love/True Self : Journey to Self-Love is about her life and how her greatest loss and pain, taught her that she didn’t know how to love herself. She shares tools and processes to help you align with your true self and shows you how to embrace change as your biggest opportunity for personal growth and self-love.

Affirmation Vessels
Barbara discovered that working with her hands helped her to find relief from her trauma. As a result, she was inspired to create a product line to help support the power of positive thinking and intention. The result is Soul Notes, affirmation vessels for Love, Self-Love, Healing, Grief Healing, Serenity, Empowerment, and Abundance. Barbara’s own personal affirmation is, “I am genuinely sharing loving kindness with myself and others as I revitalize hope and conscious living for the highest good of all.”
