Agile Architecture for Un-Distracted Responsible Rapid Application Development.

Achieving Agile Architecture
Architecture has long been associated with lots of planning and starting development at a much later date. For this reason, startups and proof of concept projects throw caution to the wind and bet on a rewrite for version 2 instead.
But it doesn't have to be this way. You can achieve fast responsible delivery while taking no critical architectural shortcuts. There will be shortcuts taken, but they will be in other areas. The ability to defer large decisions like choosing a RDMS vendor, or even a technology stack until a much later point is key.
In this talk, we will cover the prerequisites for working in this way. How are important roles within the organization involved? How do we skip user stories and get right into responsible development of the core, highest risk and/or highest value features?
