Our aim is to promote running for as wide an ability range as possible, while encouraging new VanRun members to start running and support each other to improve or just to enjoy running!
This is more than a running club. Its a way of meeting other runners and arranging runs together. This can be done by participating in runs, becoming an assistant organiser, or by emailing a suggestion to an organiser or the group. "Organising" a run is fun! Just pick a time, a place and a route and that's all you need to do!
