Vancouver Actors Meetup

This group is designed to help actors gain valuable experience in front of a camera working closely with filmmakers.

The idea behind this group is that Romantic Child Studios (An independent film production company located in Gastown), is always looking for acting talent for short films, music videos or experimental pieces.

This meetup takes that idea one step further providing a practice space for both filmmakers and actors. For example, a writer or director may have a small scene that they want acted out to see how it looks on the screen. This actors meetup will allow actors to practice on small projects, add to their reel and build relationships with local independent filmmakers.

This will be a very hands on and practical meetup for all parties involved.
