Change Your Mood & Create a Happier You
This time of year can be tough on our mood. With more rain, cool temperatures and less sunlight we often find ourselves spending a lot of time in-doors. Some people feel grumpy or blue, lethargic and unmotivated. As if they want to pull the blankets over their heads and wait for Spring to return…..
But, you don’t need to feel that way. Shifting your perspective about the weather, daylight or upcoming holidays is easier than you think. During this evening event, I’ll talk about ways you can do this – and even walk you through a simple exercise you can use any time, so you can begin to feel better right away.
You can create a happier experience for yourself no matter what time of year it is or where you are.
Nicolette will offer some guidance as above and we will have additional information from our in-house staff around nutrition, mindful practices and LED light to help with issues such as SAD.
