Hi, I'm Kim Puyleart, Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor & Nutritional Advisor! I am very passionate about helping parents who want to work out with their infants/toddlers while incorporating health, fitness, and playdates; even runs and get-togethers with/out the kiddos :) However, this group is not limited to just moms with little ones; it's open to stay at home moms and dads who want ACCOUNTABILITY in working out (plus, it's a good excuse to get out of the house)! What better way to model and interact with the kiddos! :) This group is designed for moms of ALL backgrounds/levels of fitness; all ages--new or expecting; even dads with little ones, where we will incorporate various forms of exercise in a POSITIVE, supportive, and encouraging environment. We are COMMITTED to being ACTIVE members and meet RAIN or SHINE--NO EXCUSES, even when the weather does not cooperate! :)
This is a TOTAL BODY stroller-based workout (though you do not have to have one if your kids are in school). We utilize resistance and circuit training drills to strengthen your core, build endurance, and develop your whole body while getting the heart rate pumping. Classes for designed for different goals and needs. Take CHARGE of your fitness and take it to the NEXT level....Form new friendships and feel GREAT at the same time!
*We currently meet @ WESTFIELD VANCOUVER MALL for the FALL/WINTER: TUESDAY and THURSDAY, 9-10AM); Power Walks on FRIDAYS at 9AM AND for Outdoor Runs as determined by the group
*$10 ANNUAL MEETUP DUES ARE REQUIRED WITHIN 30 DAYS of APPROVAL/JOINING; which may be paid online via PayPal or directly to Kim; and a MINIMUM INVOLVEMENT OF AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 2-3 MONTHS is expected to be ACTIVE in the group (please communicate and keep Kim posted of schedule changes/circumstances).
