An introduction to knitR

Pietro Alexander Campesato (Alex) will present an introduction to KnitR (http://yihui.name/knitr/), a tool for elegant, flexible and fast dynamic report generation with R. He will also demo a "Erudite"' a similar tool he created for Python.

Automate your Workflow using RStudio and knitr Analysis-driven reports, papers, and data explorations need to refer to data, procedures, and results obtained. Even a tiny change in any of these prerequisites may require extensive manual changes to the final documents. To alleviate the burden of preparing such documents, the presentation will show some tools to partly automate the statistician's/data scientist's job. Basic knowledge of R is required.
