What is Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy

What you Learn in Reiki Level 1

• Reiki Level 1 attunement and meditation.
• Reiki history, philosophy & ethics
• Learn Reiki Hand positions and how to treat yourself with reiki
• Breathing practices and basic energy practices
• Learn about chakras
• Learn Usui Japanese Reiki Techniques
• Lots of time to practice giving and receiving reiki for each student

Workshop Fee- $200

A deposit of $100 is required upon registration
