I have noticed the lack of any sort of organized event for transhumanists in Vancouver. I hope to create a group that will educate people on transhumanism, organize meetings for members on meetup, and maybe bring in guest speakers/organize events. I hope to once the group becomes large enough, build a website for us, connect to student groups in the area, use the resources of H+ and imminst.org in a strategic partnership to build a strong and legitimate presence in Vancouver, and to have fun with like minded people while doing it.
