This fall, Women in Male-Dominated Industries is presenting a speaker series aimed at helping women do well in their annual performance reviews.
Welcome to talk 1 of 3 -- Preparing for your Annual Review.
This presentation covers all of the steps you need to do before you even get in front of your boss for the review. We’ll cover:
- Reviewing past goals and making a plan to meet any outstanding ones
- Doing a self-review to determine the gaps in your current skillset
- Taking stock of your career goals and deciding what development you’ll need
- Goal setting around what you’ll ask for in your review
The goal of this talk is to set you up for success and give you the framework to figure out what you want to get out of your review.
The workshop will be facilitated by Holly Burton, Career Coach for Women in Male-Dominated Industries.
Doors open at 5:30 for mingling and socializing. The official start time is 6pm, with additional networking time to follow.
