Whole Foods Market, Free

Cookbook author, culinary nutritionist and wellness coach, Melissa Costello, founder of Karma Chow has always had a passion for healthy, delicious food and nutrition. When she became a vegetarian at age 19 she began experimenting with healthier versions of everyday recipes, which led her to her passion for plant-based cooking. She is the creator of the 30-Day Vital Life Cleanse, which teaches people how to change their lifestyle and their relationship to food through food-based cleansing.

As personal chef to celebrity fitness guru, Tony Horton, creator of the highly popular workout system, P90X & P90X2, Melissa is constantly finding creative ways to keep Tony and her other high-profile clients happy, fit and healthy through a whole foods way of life.

Her mission is to educate the planet about healthy, whole food eating as well as how to keep our planet “green” for generations to come through vegetarianism and eco-conscious solutions.  She travels throughout the US leading nutritional lectures, leads monthly classes at Whole Foods Market and brings her 3-month wellness program into corporations to teach others how to implement a healthy way of life.

Sorry Tony but I noticed that you didn't include any information about the parking. I was just trying to be helpful. Parking in that part of town is horrible ;)

I will make sure to steer clear of your groups with helpful info in the future. Sorry about the confusion.

Well I just tested out your parking map and it gave bad info for parking at 6350 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA so you were not being helpful.

Hi everyone! Parking at the Grove can be a nightmare. Check out this parking map to find a good spot: http://www.parkme.com/map/?lat=34.0713627&lng=-118.36118550000003&zoom=16

The parking for this event is NOT at the Grove. Parking is in the free lot south of the Grove. Please don't post your map link again in any of my groups. Thanks.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
