This is a special workshop to learn how to make traditional style handmade Pickles making. Which has natural good bacteria/probiotic of all the benefits of fermentation.

Fee: $60 (Pay pal $63) ingredients are included.

  2. Learn how to make traditional handmade pickles

  1. Brown Rice Bran (nuka) pickles making

  2. Tamari pickles making

  3. Miso pickle making

  1. Learn how to cook traditional way of Brown Rice

  2. Learn how to prepare traditional way of Miso Soup

  • What to bring:
  1. Indoor shoes/slippers/socks since we do not wear out side shoes in the studio mugen.

  2. A container which fit 3~5 oz so you can take home some of Brown rice (nuka doko) bed material.

  3. An another container if you want to buy organic fresh Natto (fermented soy beans) that we make every week.

The price is 1 oz = $1.00

  1. If you want to help to prepared and cook: apron, vegetable cutting knife and kitchen towel

Must have 5 registered guests to offer class.
