This is a special workshop to learn how to make traditional style handmade Pickles making. Which has natural good bacteria/probiotic of all the benefits of fermentation.

- Learn how to cook traditional way of Brown Rice
- Learn how to prepare traditional way of Miso Soup
- What to bring:
- Indoor shoes/slippers/socks since we do not wear out side shoes in the studio mugen.
- A container which fit 3~5 oz so you can take home some of Brown rice (nuka doko) bed material.
- An another container if you want to buy organic fresh Natto (fermented soy beans) that we make every week.
