Palmdale, California meets Venice, Italy.
One can only imagine....
A singular morning in Palmdale, CA, centered around my shadow
and the grass underneath me, I took images on my Blackberry cell phone,
I caught a perfect moment of light from the rising sun in which my abstract
androgynous form expresses strength, as well as vulnerability. My images
are reflective of myself but each painting reflects thought, movement,
dreaming, contemplation and process, giving the viewer an opportunity
to view the painting and make up their own story.
A singular night in Venice, Italy at a bar on the Grand Canal. Taking
images on my Blackberry cell phone, I caught a perfect moment of light from
the incredible lighting on the bar countertop. Shadows of my hands feeling
the Italian passion. Self expression.
