You love maps and computers, preferably at the same time! If you don't own a GPS, you kind of wish you did. You know what the acronym ESRI stands for. When someone offers you data, you say "yes!"

Victoria is a hot-bed of geospatial technology and GIS smarts, but the community is fragmented and doesn't talk amongst itself nearly enough! We have much to learn from one another: what is the state of geodata, open government, open street mapping, open source software, new tricks for web mapping, and so on.

Let's get talking!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
