Come listen to and meet Neill Glancy, a career Creative Director at a range of major video game studios on major titles/franchises such as Halo, Age of Booty, Batman Forever, Turok, and Starwood. He also was the Creative Director at The Disney Company, worked with Rockstar Games, Certain Affinity, and served as a Creative Consultant for South Park.

Neill will present a selection of never-publicly-seen-before visual creative video game materials he was directly involved in creating for major projects at all the major studios where he has worked. He will focus on the nuts and bolts of how the video games creative vision is developed by a visual thinker and then developed and executed with a team on a collaborative basis into a major game. Neill will provide examples of how this visual communication process has changed over the decades and where it is going.

So come learn how the big dogs work when confronting classic video game design problems and challenges from the very beginning of a project, starting with how to visualize and make things look, to figuring out how things will actually work in a game with design alternative considerations, development and rollout.
