What we’re about

We are group of passionate web developers, freelancers, internet agencies and geeks. We use WordPress on a regular basis for a living and some of us are really into the code (which is poetry!).
We meet every month, generally the second Wednesday, discussing web development stuff and growing a solid community around our favorite platform WordPress and around web development in general (PHP, JavaScript, etc.)
We love WordPress and so should you!

⏱️ 19:00, Harry Martin (WordPress Freelancer und Trainer) will talk about how to introduce beginners to WordPress in a simple and effective way. He’ll cover the essentials: what WordPress is made of, the basics of the block editor, templates and patterns, image formats, and more — always with clear examples and visuals. At the same time, he’ll highlight which topics are better left out in the beginning, such as installation, technical requirements, user roles, page builders, and themes. The goal: to make WordPress feel approachable instead of overwhelming.

- WordCamp is a conference that focuses on everything about WordPress.
- WordCamps are informal, community-organized events that are put together by WordPress developers and users like you. Everyone from casual users to core developers participate, share ideas, and get to know each other.
- This WordCamp will be at the same great venue, UNI Campus in the Altes AKH.
